Same as Item no. 71210, except in 50 mg capsules. Coenzyme Q10, also known as ubiquinone, is a critical metabolite in the production of cellular energy. CoQ10 is a true coenzyme and an essential component of the mitochondria. Mitochondria produce ATP (the body's chemical energy currency) by way of their electron transport chains.
