ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY
In most cases your order is shipped within 1 business day of being placed and only at that time your credit card is charged. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. Some orders will ship within 3 business days of being placed. Our estimated time for order delivery is 5 to 9 business days, delivery times vary by order destination.

BACKORDERS
Most orders are shipped complete, In the case that an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship what is in stock. We do not ship automatic backorders, unless requested by the customer.
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you receive a  product that is expired, short-dated, damaged, or has any defects, you may return it for a full  refund within 30 days of receipt. Please inspect all products and expiration dates before opening the bottles.
