Chromium GTF is an excellent source of highly bioavailable chromium, a trace element with significant roles in carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Chromium facilitates the action of insulin, which in turn is needed for the normal control of blood sugar and blood lipids. Chromium GTF provides niacin, a B-complex vitamin that is also involved in carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Chromium GTF contains the non-flushing ester of niacin, inositol hexaniacinate.
