Glucosamine with niacinamide

Glucosamine serves as the basis for proteoglycan synthesis, and participates in the maintenance and production of articular cartilage. Glucosamine is an amino sugar and the core building block of mucopolysaccharides, which form a primary component of the ground substance of articular cartilage. Glucosamine sulfate and niacinamide have been employed clinically to improve the ranges of motion and comfort of dysfunctional joints. A recent double-blind trial found niacinamide safe and effective for chronic joint discomfort. GlucoPlex contains an array of ingredients that participate in maintaining connective tissue.
