CoQ10 has been the subject of hundreds of scientific studies. MMP’s has three therapeutic dosages available (50 mg, 100 mg and our ever popular 200 mg capsule), all found in a bioavailable vege capsule. MMP’s CoQ10 was used in an independent clinical study comparing it’s bioavailability to Q-Gel Forte® (i.e., soft-gel) capsule The study indicated that a meal is critical for the proper absorption of coenzyme Q10 irregardless of whether CoQ10 is found in a Soft-Gel capsule or gelatin capsule.
